Today, the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted packages of laws aimed at implementing the most important initiatives of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, to maximize the support of Russians and the stable functioning of the economy.
The presidential package of measures provides for tax breaks for entrepreneurs. For all taxes, except VAT, a six-month deferral has been introduced, and for micro-enterprises, another deferral of insurance contributions to social funds. For businesses that have been affected by the effects of the pandemic, a six-month moratorium on bankruptcy and penalties is envisaged.
In addition, the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov, at a meeting on economic issues, said that about 500 billion rubles would be allocated for supporting organizations and enterprises that require borrowed funds and additional security, state guarantees will be allocated.
The government of Sevastopol is also developing a new measure of support - reducing tax rates on the simplified tax system from 4% to 1%, and from 10% to 5%, as well as benefits for other types of taxes. These measures will soon be introduced in Sevastopol.
